The correct answer is that guests must be at least 19 years old to purchase alcohol according to SOP regulations. This is a strict legal requirement designed to prevent underage drinking and protect the health and safety of youth. The law establishes 19 as the minimum legal drinking age in Ontario, and establishments must adhere to this rule to remain compliant with provincial laws.

Other options may suggest varying conditions under which alcohol could be served to those under 19, but they do not align with the absolute requirement set forth by the regulations. Therefore, the regulation emphasizes that serving alcohol to individuals below the minimum legal age is not permissible, thus reinforcing the importance of age compliance in alcohol sales.
